Our safari in the Masai Mara was wonderful. Benjamin was incredibly communicative and helpful answering all our questions in advance. Our guide was wonderful and we were able to see every animal we wanted to see and more. The wildlife on the Mara is incredible. The accommodations were comfortable and food was delicious. Highly recommend!

I organised a trip for two nights to Ol Pejeta with my friend who was visiting Kenya from the UK. Benjamin was amazingly attentive and helpful from the start and the trip itself was a real treat. We ended up with two guides, which we had not expected, because the one we were allocated had been on non-stop safaris and needed a break but still accompanied us and brought along another really brilliant guide to drive. We stayed in Serena Sweetwaters and were very impressed by the location, accommodation, food and service.

In November 2021, I traveled with my Dad and sister to Kenya for a one week safari vacation! The itinerary that Shidovu Adventures put together was great and provided a nice variety of places to visit. Even though it was a bit of driving, it was interesting to see Kenya from outside the parks. We started at Amboseli which was beautiful, and it was cool to see Kilomanjaro. Serena lodge was also very nice. It was definitely worth the drive down! We really enjoyed the boat ride at Lake Naivasha and the bike tour at Hell’s Gate was also great. Lake Nakuru was fantastic, and we loved the lodge- the staff were super friendly and sang for us on our birthday 😊

Our day in Nairobi National Park with Shidovu was absolutely brilliant! Benjamin and his team were fantastic and looked after us brilliantly. His knowledge and communication both before the trip and throughout the day was super and the food provided was both delicious and plentiful. We were impressed with Benjamin & Michael’s ( our driver) knowledge of the park alongside their respect for the environment and animals. Our children loved their trip to NNP and we saw so many animals and birds. We are so pleased we went with Shidovu and would certainly use them again! Thank you

The tour package included park entry fees, accomodation (the tents at Maasai Mara were so comfortable), food (and booze!) and transport at a super affordable price. Our tour guides were very considerate, had great knowledge, fun to hang out with and the the driver did an awesome job of driving us safely around the parks. The trip to Hell's Gate included a bike rental and I would recommend eyeryone to visit the park by doing so. At Maasai Mara and Mara River we had tons of fun spotting wildlife. Our tour guide even took pictures of us and shared them. So all in all, I can really recommend joining them for the trip as I had a blast!

The 3 days trip was just perfect! Good combination of activities including some cycling and hiking but also chilling in the safari car watching the animals. The views were just incredible! The meals were also good organized. It was all so much fun and the guides were super nice! Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. I highly recommend it!!!

FEATURED SAFARI

This tour begins from Lake Nakuru National Park, a forest park with a waterfall by the lake Nakuru, where we would find the Rhino, Lions, Buffalo, unique monkeys, giraffes, zebras and lots of birds including flamingo. 

We then move on to the Masai Mara, heaven for photographers and wildlife lovers. Here we will find the Lions, Elephants and Leopards (closing out the big 5) but there other big cats like the cheetah, wild dogs and hyena!
